Who they are

Andres Preschel runs Know Your Physio, a longevity-focused media brand built around weekly conversations with practitioners, researchers, and operators in the human performance space. The podcast and its surrounding content engine are the brand. Everything else (ads, list-building, course launches) feeds back into the same audience.

What we run

Two-and-a-half years and counting. The engagement has expanded from a single deliverable into the full operating stack underneath the brand:

  • Sites: WordPress builds and redesigns across knowyourphysio.com and the supporting funnel pages.
  • Podcast pipeline: Riverside record sessions → audio and video edit → Swell AI show notes → Buzzsprout publish → YouTube upload with thumbnails and chapters → social cut-downs across platforms → blog post.
  • YouTube: Channel management end to end. Thumbnails, chapters, short-form cuts pulled from each episode.
  • Email: MailChimp account management with regular broadcasts and segmented drip sequences.
  • Paid media: Meta ads campaigns supporting webinar funnels and list-building.
  • Funnel infrastructure: ClickFunnels VSL pages, Typeform + Calendly autofill chains, Zapier flows holding the pipeline together.
  • CRM and reporting: Monday CRM as the source of truth, Looker Studio dashboards live for the leadership view, Twilio SMS for appointment reminders and reactivation.
  • Custom AI: KYP Brain — a custom Claude-powered knowledge base MCP that searches across 1,500+ meeting transcripts, podcast transcripts, WhatsApp threads, ad scripts, and business documents. Built and operated by Kynetik.

How the engagement runs

  • Slack channels: #project-kyp and #internal-kyp — daily updates from the delivery team, weekly retros on Fridays.
  • Reporting cadence: Looker Studio dashboard live; weekly summary posted into Slack; monthly retro between Samar and Andres.
  • Team: A dedicated pod inside Kynetik holds the engagement. Roles cycle as scope shifts but the operating cadence does not.

Why it’s lasted

The brand has compounded. The podcast funnel runs without panic. The ad spend has somewhere to land. The AI tooling makes the next episode and the next launch easier than the last. That’s what a multi-year engagement looks like when the goal is operating system, not project delivery.
