The operating cadence is the same whether you hire us for one channel or hand us the whole funnel. We make the work predictable on purpose. You see what we're doing. You see what's working. You see what's not.

Six discrete steps. Each with a clear hand-off. Each with a clear definition of done.

01

Discovery call (30 min)

We meet you on Zoom. No deck. We ask about the funnel you're trying to move, the constraint you actually have, and what you've already tried. The goal is figuring out whether the engagement makes sense for both sides.

Sales call (45 min)

If discovery clears, we come back with a scope. The channels we'd cover, the cadence we'd run, the team we'd assign, the investment shape. You read it together with us. No follow-up deck. No 'let me get back to you with pricing.' The proposal is on the call.

Placement call (when relevant)

For specialist placements: a third call with the proposed teammate. You interview them directly. Talk to them like you'd talk to a hire. We don't pre-select. You pick the human.

Onboarding (5 working days)

Slack channel up. Monday board live. Tool access granted. Stripe set up. Service agreement signed via Google Docs eSign. First weekly report scheduled. Day five is when the work starts, not when paperwork still hangs.

Weekly delivery

Friday Slack report every week. Looker dashboard always live. Daily SOD/EOD posts from the delivery team inside your internal Slack channel. Weekly retros. Monthly summary email to your inbox if you'd rather read than scroll.

Quarterly review

Every 90 days we sit down with you, look at what compounded and what didn't, and decide what to add, what to cut, and where the next quarter goes. The engagement evolves on a schedule, not on a panic.

Fathom on every call

Every external call is auto-recorded into our `#client-calls` channel with a Fathom summary. You can request the recording or summary of any call you've been on, anytime.

Dual-channel Slack

Every client has a `#project-<name>` channel where you and the team talk directly, plus an internal channel where the delivery team coordinates. You see the working surface. We absorb the internal noise.

Daily SOD / EOD posts

Every Kynetik team member assigned to your engagement posts a start-of-day plan and an end-of-day summary inside your internal channel. The cadence is the same whether your engagement is one channel or six.

Stripe up front

We bill monthly via Stripe. Retainers are paid on the 1st. There's no chasing invoices. No surprise charges. No quarterly true-ups.
